When to use it
- A deal that feels rushed or too good, and you want a second signal before committing.
- An unexpected call or message claiming to be about your listing or order.
- Any moment where you're about to move money and want to slow down for a second.
How to read the result
A clean number isn't a guarantee that everything's fine, and a flagged one isn't proof of fraud — plenty of ordinary numbers pick up flags. Treat it as one input among several. Combine it with the usual habits: keep payments on the platform, be wary of anyone pushing you off-site, and use the report button on a listing if something feels wrong.
